Welcome to our wedding website! We recently got engaged and are now in the process of planning our wedding!  We've created this website as a fun, convenient, and special way for friends and family who are both near and far to participate in our union as we celebrate our vows on the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas. We hope you'll use it to get to know us better and keep up-to-date on our future plans.

It was the second week of January 2013 when Anthony mentioned he wanted to get out of the house that coming weekend. He said he had a long week and just wanted to do something nice. Kim thought, "great let's go to our favorite restuarant Portos in Glendale." A bit reluctantly he agreed, but followed with "maybe we can go somewhere nicer, maybe somewhere on the beach." So on January 12th, they headed out, late of course (Kim's tragic flaw!) Being they got out late, Kim thought they would just go to Portos and call it a day. But Anthony was so determined to get to Malibu. Kim thought nothing of it. So from Portos in Glendale to Malibu they went.

As they coasted along the PCH highway, Anthony started to get figety. He keep saying he wanted to find somewhere to park and catch the sunset. He said he had seen a restuarant online and really wanted to go there as it was overlooking the ocean. Kim thought, "Geesh this man has an appetite! We just ate!" But still, Kim thought nothing more of it.

They arrived at Moonshadows in Malibu and were immediately seated. Kim excused herself to the restroom and when she returned Anthony had had the waitress move them to a secluded section. His excuse was that he wanted to be closer to the water and the view. Kim thought, "where we were was totally fine!" Yet still, Kim thought nothing more of it.

After ordering appetizers and enjoying th view Anthony says "you know what would make this night even better?" Kim replied, "a movie!" He smiles, pulls a ringbox out of his jacket pocket, and gets on bended knee and says "no, if you would be my wife. Will you marry me?" And of course Kim said "YES!"

The CeremonyVenue  

Our ceremony will take place at the picturesque Cloisters, located on the property of the One & Only Ocean Club. These amazing remains of a 14th century monastery were imported stone by stone to the U.S in the 1920’s, then brought to the top of a hill in the beautiful Paradise Island overlooking the Nassau Harbor. The ceremony will commence at 2 o’clock. 

The Reception Venue

The reception will take place just a few miles from the ceremony venue at Luciano’s, a beautiful waterside mansion offering Italian cuisine with a Bahamian flair. The reception will commence at 4 o'clock.

We want this to be the best experience, not just for us, but for our guest too! Therefore as our guest you will have the choice of staying at the luxurious Atlantis Resort or the equally beautiful and all-inclusive Riu Paradise. These properties sit right next to each other. Booking will be with Pleasant Holidays, and arranged with our destination wedding specialist, Juliet Vercelli of Bye Bye Birdees Consulting Services.
